Myanmar - Tribes & Trekking

Take glorious portraits in the Golden Land.

Tour suspended.

We have been running photography tours to Myanmar since 2015, combining classic places like Yangon, Mandalay, Bagan and Inle Lake with the roads less travelled. In addition to the more famous destinations, we visited many remote hill tribe villages and markets, meeting the beautiful people of the Paduang, Pao, Hokyin, Akha and Wa ethnic groups - truly a photographer’s dream, especially for the plentiful portrait opportunities.

Sadly, however, given the current political situation and related security concerns, we no longer feel that we can include this tour in our repertoire.

Our thoughts are with the wonderful people of Myanmar at this extremely difficult time, and we sincerely hope to be in a position in the not-too-distant future to add this extraordinary tour back to our annual schedule.
