With BA (Hons) in Photography and having worked for many years as a professional in London, Nathan moved to Cambodia and set up his business in 2006, starting with weekend tours of Phnom Penh and the Angkor Temples. Since then, he has successfully expanded the business to include 19 tours across 10 countries in south & southeast Asia and Africa. As of 2026, he has helped hundred of photographers improve their skills while also immersing themselves in the cultures of diverse destinations throughout the regions.

An Indian national originally hailing from Kashmir, the owner of one of India’s leading destination management companies, and a passionate photographer, Ash is ideally positioned to lead our tours in his home country. Having managed photo tours in India for many years, he knows the country very well and has a truly deep understanding of the sensitivities of the different ethnic groups. He is fascinated by ancient cultures and has a great interest in engaging with local people throughout India.
A seasoned photographer with over 30 years experience, Maciej has spent more than 15 years organising and leading photography expeditions in countries in East Africa as well as Asia. His extensive managerial experience in the corporate world as an interim manager has equipped him with the skills necessary to effectively lead and manage tour groups. With a great eye for detail and well-honed interpersonal skills, he ensures that each tour is well-organised and executed efficiently.
Maciej Radomski

Following a decade in the UK working in the management consulting industry, Tim spent 15 years working in various businesses in Southeast Asia until the COVID pandemic sadly brought things to an abrupt halt in early 2020. Having known Nathan since 2005, Tim was delighted to take up an exciting offer to help manage the company’s operations, a role which he has continued to perform since November 2021. He is currently based in western Europe, spending his time mainly between the UK, Germany and the Balkans.
